Before moving into executive coaching, she spent more than fifteen years with IBM, where she held key positions in digital marketing, social media strategy, web programmes and marketing consulting. During this period, she led digital transformation initiatives, advised global marketing teams and contributed to internationally recognised case studies on digital influence and business strategy.

The transition from corporate leadership to coaching was not a departure from her earlier career; it was its natural evolution. Drawing upon extensive experience in leadership, marketing, design thinking and organisational development, Ranjini now coaches professionals across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and India. Her work spans leadership effectiveness, strategic thinking, conflict management, time management, manager development, career transitions and executive presence. Rather than offering ready-made solutions, she helps people develop the clarity to find their own.

Her commitment to learning has remained equally remarkable. Alongside her commerce education, she pursued advanced qualifications in counselling psychology and psychological counselling, strengthening her ability to integrate behavioural science with leadership development. This multidisciplinary approach enables her to combine practical business experience with emotional intelligence, creating meaningful and lasting change for individuals and teams.

Beyond coaching, Ranjini has actively contributed to entrepreneurship and social impact. She mentors women founders through Google for Startups, supports innovation and design thinking initiatives, volunteers with the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, serves at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, and has also contributed to value-based education through Bal Vikas. These roles reflect her belief that leadership extends far beyond the workplace.
