For more than three decades, Sanjay Mann has been one of those professionals, bringing structure, governance and strategic financial management to organisations across diverse industries.

Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Arttech Group, Faridabad, he leads the organisation's finance function across its diversified real estate portfolio. His responsibilities span profit and loss management, treasury operations, budgeting, statutory compliance, lender relations, project costing, working capital management and financial reporting. His approach combines financial prudence with practical decision-making, enabling business leaders to take informed strategic decisions.

Before joining Arttech Group, Sanjay headed Finance and Accounts at Lotus Advance Technologies, where he managed budgeting, forecasting, management information systems, banking relationships, debt raising and profitability analysis. His ability to establish financial controls and strengthen reporting frameworks has remained a consistent feature throughout his career.

From 2023 to 2024, he served as General Manager at India Book of Records, where he oversaw finance, human resources, administration, procurement, warehousing and inventory management. During this period, he streamlined financial reporting, budgeting and compliance while contributing to the organisation's operational efficiency.

Between 2020 and 2022, he worked as an independent Financial Services Consultant, advising clients on financial accounting, budgeting and insurance solutions. Earlier, he was associated with Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited, managing employee trust funds, statutory audits and governance for more than 14,000 employees.

A significant chapter of his professional journey was spent with Aircel, where he worked for nearly a decade in senior finance leadership positions. He managed treasury operations, cash flow planning, lender reporting, financial restructuring, working capital and management accounting during one of the telecom sector's most dynamic phases. His earlier assignments with Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular further strengthened his expertise in revenue accounting, regulatory compliance, receivables management and financial controls.

Sanjay began his professional career with Vardhman before moving to Samtel India Limited, where he gained extensive exposure to budgeting, costing, inventory valuation, taxation and financial reporting. These formative years built the strong accounting foundation that continues to support his leadership today.

Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kurukshetra University and completed a Postgraduate Degree in Finance and Financial Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning with an A+ grade.

Beyond his impressive professional credentials, Sanjay is admired by colleagues for his approachable personality. Cheerful, cooperative, flexible and practical, he creates a positive working environment while maintaining high professional standards. His ability to balance discipline with warmth makes him a trusted colleague as well as an effective leader.

I had the privilege of working closely with Sanjay at India Book of Records during 2023–24. He served as General Manager while I was the Chief Operating Officer. It was a memorable professional association. His friendly nature, balanced thinking and willingness to support colleagues made every interaction enjoyable. Even today, I fondly remember the conversations, teamwork and positive energy he brought to the workplace.
