CHANDRAKANT PATIL : Learning Beyond Limits

Specttrum Profiles: Technology evolves every day. The professionals who make a lasting impact are those who evolve with it. Chandrakant Patil of Pune, Maharashtra, has spent his career embracing this philosophy, continuously learning, experimenting and building across diverse areas of technology, entrepreneurship and finance. His journey demonstrates that curiosity is one of the most valuable assets in the digital age.

An entrepreneur, investor, trader, mentor, coder and portfolio manager, Chandrakant currently leads Grofinance as its Founder and CEO. His work reflects a blend of technology-driven thinking and financial understanding, helping individuals and businesses navigate opportunities in an increasingly digital economy. Rather than limiting himself to a single discipline, he has consistently explored new ideas, adapting to changing technologies and market trends.

His entrepreneurial journey spans more than a decade. Before launching Grofinance, he co-founded Texec IT Services Pvt. Ltd., served as Chief Technology Officer at Xowia Technologies, worked as a Growth Hacker for a California-based technology company and advised emerging businesses on technology and growth strategies. Earlier, he also founded and managed digital initiatives such as iGadgetWare.com and HackersOnlineClub.com, platforms that reflected his enthusiasm for technology, cybersecurity and knowledge sharing.

Learning has remained the foundation of his professional life. A Computer Science graduate from ITM University, Gwalior, Chandrakant further strengthened his expertise through advanced professional certifications, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP), EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA) and GNIIT in Software Engineering. His commitment to continuous learning has enabled him to stay relevant across rapidly changing technological landscapes.

Beyond business, Chandrakant has actively contributed to the professional technology community through organisations such as the Computer Society of India and IEEE, where he has supported initiatives related to science, technology and knowledge exchange. Whether mentoring aspiring professionals or participating in industry discussions, he believes that learning becomes more meaningful when it is shared with others.

My association with Chandrakant dates back to April 2020, when he became a regular participant in my popular BAC Twitter Chats. Over the years, our interaction has remained entirely digital, yet consistently warm and professional. I have always found him to be cooperative, responsible and willing to contribute thoughtfully to discussions. Even in the fast-moving world of technology, he values meaningful professional relationships.

What distinguishes Chandrakant is his willingness to keep exploring new frontiers. He has moved comfortably between coding, entrepreneurship, digital publishing, cybersecurity, investing and financial markets without losing his enthusiasm for learning. His journey reflects the mindset of someone who sees every new technology not as a challenge, but as an opportunity to grow.

In a world where innovation rewards those who remain curious, Chandrakant Patil exemplifies the spirit of lifelong learning. His career reminds us that success is rarely the result of standing still; it belongs to those who continue to learn, adapt and create value with every new chapter.

SHITAL VERMA : When the Pencil Leads

Shital Verma : The Artist Specttrum Profiles : Every newspaper has stories that readers remember. Few remember the person who quietly shaped how those stories looked before the first word was read. For more than two decades, Shital Verma has been one of those creative minds. Through illustrations, typography, page design and visual storytelling, he has helped readers experience journalism with their eyes before engaging with it through words. His creative journey, however, began much earlier on the ghats of Varanasi, where a curious boy watched artists from different parts of the world sketching the timeless beauty of the Ganga. Without introducing himself or asking questions, he observed their strokes, returned home and tried to recreate them in his own way. Those silent lessons laid the foundation for a distinguished career in visual communication. Today, Shital Verma serves as the National Design Head of Navbharat Times , one of India’s most respected Hindi newspapers published ...
