Murthy, popularly known as LS, has worked at the intersection of business growth and leadership development, helping organisations improve performance while enabling people to realise their potential. His journey spans global delivery, operational excellence, human resources, executive leadership and professional coaching, making him equally comfortable in boardrooms and mentoring conversations.

Today, he serves as Chief Operating Officer at Radiant Technologies Inc., while also advising businesses, startups and leadership teams on strategy, governance and organisational growth. His experience across global operations, delivery excellence and business transformation has helped organisations strengthen performance while building cultures centred on continuous learning.

A significant milestone in his professional journey came in 2026 when he was appointed to the Global Board of Directors of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world's leading organisation for professional coaching. As Credentials & Standards Director and a member of the Finance Committee and the Exams & Schemes Committee, he contributes to shaping the future of coaching at the global level.

For Murthy, coaching is not merely a profession. It is a way of helping people discover their authentic selves and become better leaders. His guiding belief is reflected in one of his favourite thoughts: "Purpose ignites our learning journey and passion is the light that inspires us to find the path." Long before coaching became a widely recognised leadership discipline, Murthy was building organisations through people. His responsibilities over the years have included global project management, delivery governance, operational excellence, quality frameworks, leadership development, organisational transformation and talent strategy across multinational technology companies.

During his tenure with organisations such as Radiant Technologies, Wise Men Solutions and Infinx Services, he played key roles in strengthening delivery models, driving process excellence, supporting CMMI and quality initiatives, establishing centres of excellence and nurturing high-performing teams across global operations. His educational foundation combines management with practical leadership. Along with an MBA in Strategy from Osmania University, he completed the Advanced Strategic Management Programme at the IIM Kozhikode, reinforcing his interest in long-term organisational thinking.

I first came to know Dr. L.S. Murthy through the BAC Twitter Chats in 2020. What began as online professional interactions gradually developed into a meaningful friendship across social media and later the 5AM Bliss community. Like me, he is also a COVID survivor. Perhaps that shared experience created an additional layer of understanding between us. Life after such an experience often changes one's priorities, making purpose and gratitude more meaningful than titles alone. He embraced life's learning journey as “Explore, Engage and Evolve”, and believes in #LKG (Love, Kindness and Gratitute).

Dr. Murthy's encouragement has remained constant over the years. He graciously wrote the foreword for my book Bliss On - Dreams Wake Early, offering thoughtful reflections that strengthened the spirit of the book. He has also been one of my most consistent connections across digital platforms, encouraging ideas, appreciating books and promoting meaningful conversations.

Despite holding senior corporate leadership positions, he remains remarkably approachable. Conversations with him rarely revolve around hierarchy or designation. Instead, they focus on learning, purpose, leadership and helping others grow. That perhaps explains why coaching became a natural extension of his corporate journey. For him, leadership is not measured merely by business results. It is reflected in the number of people who become more capable, more confident and more purposeful because they worked with him. In a rapidly changing world shaped by technology and AI, Dr. Murthy continues to advocate something that remains timeless. Strong organisations are ultimately built by strong human beings.
